Altair Filter Technology specializes in the design and manufacture of gas turbine air filtration, inlet cooling and silencing systems.

Gas turbines are required to operate in some of the most severe environments on the planet. Often situated in remote locations, operators cannot afford for these engines to breakdown. But in these circumstances the trouble-free operation of a gas turbine is a continual battle against the elements. It is therefore essential that the air inlet filtration system is optimized to meet the specific challenges of a given situation.

Established in 1966, Altair Filter Technology is dedicated to the development of superior turbine air filtration systems. We serve a wide variety of industries and applications, and have an unrivalled knowledge of filtration in the most demanding of environments. In addition to inlet filters, acoustic silencers and turbine inlet cooling, we also supply a wide range of ancillary equipment, including full acoustic packages, high performance weather protection, moisture eliminators, ventilation systems, and structural steelwork.

Since we began, gas turbine filtration has been the core of our business. From early developments within the marine industry, we quickly introduced new turbine filtration systems for many other arduous applications. Building on this foundation, we now provide filters throughout the world and protect gas turbines in every type of environment.
